![]() ![]() Poison Mushrooms made their debut in Super Mario All-Stars, where they'd cost characters a life if picked up. In Super Mario All-Stars, they are instead purple with a skull on their cap. In the original game, they resemble a regular Super Mushroom with darker colours. ![]() Like Super Mushrooms, they will move to the right and change direction after hitting a wall unlike Super Mushrooms, they will harm the player when collected rather than powering them up. Poison Mushrooms first appear in Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels, where they appear from certain ? Blocks, Brick Blocks and Hidden Blocks.
